A wide range of business opportunities for private industry exist with numerous government, academic, and private customers. Solicitations for marine or ocean-related services and products are posted and updated to provide a central location for the screening of various opportunities of interest to MATE Center industry partners. While most of these opportunities can be bid independently by private industry, several require or request teaming between academic and government agencies. Coordination of interests between MATE Center industry partners and MATE-affiliated academic institutions and government organizations will provide a wider range of possible responses with the increased breadth of capabilities that teaming arrangements provide.
