The MATE Center has developed a
searchable database of educational institutions
within the U.S. (and some international) that offer marine-related courses or programs. The purpose of this database is
to provide information to students and educators regarding which institutions offer programs, where those institutions
are located, and the nature of the program. The database primarily consists of technical programs, but includes many
institutions offering marine-related programs. The programs of MATE Center partner institutions, including the Marine Science and Technology Program at Monterey Peninsula College, the MATE Center headquarters, are also listed. Institutions already included have the ability to update their information, and new institutions can always be added, which makes this database an excellent source of the most currently available information on marine-related educational opportunities.
