Module 16 - Putting it into the Water

Goal:

This module will introduce the concepts necessary to develop successful testing and operational procedures for introducing the ROV into the water environment.

Objectives

Upon completion of this module, the student should be able to:

  1. Develop a test procedure for testing the ROV prior to first introduction to the water.
  2. Develop a general pre-flight check list for ROV operations.
  3. Incorporate safety considerations in their ROV operations.
