I.M. Systems Group, Inc. (IMSG), an Earth System Science and Technology company supporting U.S. Federal Government, is soliciting a qualified Project Manager candidate to potentially lead the Technical Support contract supporting the National Coastal Data Development Center (NCDDC) in Stennis, MS. Work will be mainly conducted at
NCDDC government on-site facilities in Stennis.
The scope of work includes:
? Act as the IMSG on-site representative, interfacing with the NCDDC management and the contractual representatives
? On-site management of the potential IMSG workforce providing technical development
? Work with IMSG Program Director and Contracts Director (in IMSG Headquarters located in Maryland) to effectively manage the technical, cost and schedule aspects of the Contract. \

Requirements:
General Requirements/Preferences
? MS or above degree in earth science or related disciplines, such as remote sensing, oceanography, ecology, geography, physics, mathematics, computer science, etc.
? 8+years of management experience, supervising a staff of more than 20 people on projects with in-depth science and technical development, operations and/or maintenance nature.
? Familiarity with GIS mapping and data products, metadata management, and data systems operations and maintenance
? On-site working experience in science and management capacity at NCDDC is strongly preferable.
? U.S. green card or citizenship
? Team playing, strong writing and oral communication skills.
