During this period, day trips to the sample location may be required. Some travel may be necessary, but only on a limited basis for conferences and interagency meetings. Duties Prioritize safety during all operations. Oversee PIT tag data collection, perform routine data analyses, and draft scientific reports and papers. Lead sampling operations in conjunction with the NOAA project leader. Oversee scheduling of contract staff for the different research projects. Organize and conduct field operations, including logistics and personnel management. Construct, troubleshoot, and repair PIT antennas and equipment.
