Description:

Opportunity for Maine High School Sophomore Girls to Study Marine Science and Leadership

Coastal Studies for Girls has financial aid available for Maine 10th grade students with demonstrated financial need.

CSG is expanding it's class size for spring 2016. In an effort to maintain the class ratio of 1/3 students from Maine, CSG is seeking Maine students to fill the additional spaces. Academically qualified students, if eligible for financial aid, may receive full scholarship support to attend this spring's semester.

Study with PhD faculty in the field. Learn to design, implement and present original marine science research. Live on site for one semester with other academically focused girls from across the country. Build community, learn leadership, have fun outdoors while completing a full semester of coursework in Math, Humanities, Modern language, Marine Ecology and Leadership.

CSG is the nation's only Science and Leadership Semester School for 10th grade girls. CSG graduates have gone on to receive internships and scholarships across the globe and attend the prestigious Colleges and Universities.
