The NAVIGATOR class is a step up from the SCOUT class, but not as complex as the RANGER class. See the Competition Mission Briefing for information about the NAVIGATOR class.
The NAVIGATOR class will only be available at certain regionals. Contact your regional coordinator to see if your regional will be offering a NAVIGATOR class this year.
